I’m going to keep this short (and take the easy route this week) by directing you to an article I just read regarding eggs. Yes, the classic breakfast food is still kicking and with so much debate as to their actual benefit, the air needs some clearing.
A couple quick notes on eggs:
- A complete protein source, containing all essential amino acids
- Relatively low-calorie source of protein
- Contains more health-benefiting nutrients than just protein
- Rather inexpensive whole food choice
