Hey all, hope you’ve had a good weekend.

I’m going to keep this short (and take the easy route this week) by directing you to an article I just read regarding eggs.  Yes, the classic breakfast food is still kicking and with so much debate as to their actual benefit, the air needs some clearing.

A couple quick notes on eggs:

  • A complete protein source, containing all essential amino acids
  • Relatively low-calorie source of protein
  • Contains more health-benefiting nutrients than just protein
  • Rather inexpensive whole food choice

  1. Eggs are great. We do EggBeaters to avoid the cholesterol. We eat a LOT of them. Probably the healthiest thing we eat. Good tips Sim.
