What’s Up

Hey everyone, hope daylight savings didn’t zap too much of your energy and you’re ready for a new week!

Obviously haven’t been writing much lately…sorry.  We’ve been busy training and getting after it in the gym, but I promise I’ll get back with new posts in the coming weeks.

For now, check out a brief montage of what’s been been happening at Lang Athletics…

Sure, we like to have fun in the gym.  BUT, that doesn’t come before hard work.  It’s not necessary to spend hours in the gym.  In fact, it’s probably counter productive if you want to get big and strong.

I’ll be back later this week with more on the topic of workout duration.

Till then, train hard and train smart.

Focus on big, compound lifts.

Push some heavy weight.

Get the most bang for your buck.

No one gets ripped performing 1000’s of reps with little pink dumbbells.
