As you may know, or will learn quickly, Dan John is my favorite coach to listen to and read.  His writings are often humorous in nature, but always simple to understand.  Learn from his wisdom.

Finishing up this week is a brief video I made recently covering some kettlebell basics that I like to use on a regular basis.  These exercises can be a great warm-up with a lighter bell, or a stand alone workout, increasing the weight of the bell as tolerable from set to set.  Play around with the rep ranges, use good form with good control, and enjoy!

Have a Super weekend:)
