Beautiful weekend here in Iowa.
Had the opportunity to run in the Bluff Creek Sprint Triathlon Sunday morning and loved getting out and competing.
Something about that environment that gets me amped up. Not to mention the people at those races are always so positive!
Had some great support too from family and friends. Good stuff.
Not long ago had another chance to compete in Tough Mudder Twin Cities with a good friend.
Love the Tough Mudder events as well. Great atmosphere shared with great people.

Will continue competing in both these type of events for years to come. I encourage you to get out and do something out of the ordinary some weekend. Sitting around watching TV all day or hitting the clubs with your friends because you “worked so hard this week I deserve it” doesn’t cut it. Quit wasting your time. Quit wasting your life.
