We did it!
I used to be a fan of burpees…but have questioned my desire towards the total body beat-down of an exercise after completing our November Burpee Challenge 🙂

Final Day Workout (Burpee Challenge)
EMOM (every minute on the minute) 60 minutes
Odd minute: 5 burpees, 2 strict pull ups
Even minute: 5 burpees, 5 KB swings
60 pull ups
Kicked my butt pretty good. The first half wasn’t all that bad, but the density and workload caught up to me. Had to sit down a few times during the last 20 minutes, but stayed on the clock with work sets starting every minute.
