For the remainder of the year, take 5 – 10 minutes every day and perform a short stretching and breathing sequence. No phones, no TV, no loud music. Get quiet and let go of the outside world for a few moments.
Maybe set an alarm, because as you improve your ability to relax with the deep breathing you may find yourself dozing off for a little snooze.
