Anytime, Anywhere Holiday Workout

It’s that time of year again.

Christmas treats, hearty meals, and unless you have a home gym – no access to the weight room.

Have no fear.

Give this “12 Days” bodyweight circuit a try.

Rest as little as needed throughout and between rounds.

Complete 2 to 5 rounds.

Short. Sweet. Sweat.

During this season:

  • Drink lots of water.  And I mean lots.
  • Don’t neglect protein and veggies.  Keep ’em coming.
  • Get the blood flowing.  Don’t be a couch potatoe.
  • Enjoy it all.  Dump the stress!
