Achieve – W.O.W. 8/18/14

Good morning!

If you’re reading this you have something to be thankful for.

You’re alive.  Breathing.  Able to do many great things.

Attitude is so important in life.

PMA – Positive Mental Attitude

I believe it was Zig Ziglar who said, “A good attitude won’t help you do anything in life, but it will help you do everything better.”

Life is going to happen whether you decide to jump on board and make the most of it or not.

Listening to some great leaders this past weekend, they discussed goals.  Having a vision.

We often set goals, speak of dreams, or something we’d “like” to do.  But the deeper question is, What are we willing to do to achieve it?

Are we making a plan that sets us up to take us in the direction of our goals?

Are we seeking out others who have accomplished what we want to accomplish?

Are we taking action…consistent action…that will lead us to our dreams?

I’m speaking to myself as much as anyone else that we need to dream big, seek counsel, come up with a game plan, and then make it happen.

Because in five years time, five years will have passed regardless if you chose to act or not.

Let’s keep growing.  Let’s keep dreaming.  Let’s achieve.

Easy to do anywhere you have access to some dumbbells.

Two supersets – repeat each one 3-5 times.

A1) DB Snatch x5 each

A2) Renegade Row x5-10 each

B1) Goblet Lunge x5-10 each

B2) Tall Kneeling Military x10 each
