Back at things a bit more with August rolling in.
School and football are right around the corner and summer continues for a few more weeks.
Real easy workout this week:
Run/Walk for 30 Min.
Yep, that’s it. Get outside and enjoy the fresh air.
Sweat a little bit. It’s good for you.
Go at your own pace. No distance goals here or times to hit. Just run.
Or walk if you must. Keep moving.
We’ve wrapped up a season of running lately, kicked off with the Country Music Mini Marathon in late April.
My sister and I ran with teams from Powered by Hope that support New Hope Academy in Franklin, TN.
It was a great experience, and many people partnered with us to fund raise for this tremendous school.
