Do Something Saturday

Weekends are not a time to slack off.

With that said, you shouldn’t be killing yourself seven days a week.

However, we do firmly believe in doing SOMETHING every single day for your health.

A little exercise.

Some healthy food.

Good sleep.

Read.

Laugh 🀣

You’re worth it to invest in yourself a little each day. Your loved ones are worth investing in yourself.

Today’s Basement Workout

  • Airdyne Bike 1 Mile
  • 20 KB Swings
  • 3-5 Strict Pull-ups
  • 1 Turkish Get-up Each Side
  • (Completed 3 Rounds)

This didn’t take very long.

And THAT’S a great point to keep in mind.

Effective workouts don’t need to be terribly long. Or terribly draining.

You SHOULD however feel like you accomplished something. Get the heart rate up. Maybe even break a good sweat.

The habit of doing something is the key. πŸ”‘

My challenge to you is to do something today that moves the needle forward.

Even just one percent better adds up over time.

Get strong. Stay strong.
