Monday Morning: Nice to Meet You =)

Hey there!

Simeon here.

Along with Heather (and Winston, Kobe, Kilo, and Brooks…), I’m the guy behind Lang Athletics.

What do I do?

I’m a personal trainer (of 15 years in August), helping people realize their potential strength – both physically and mentally.

I’m a performance coach, helping student-athletes develop increased levels of strength, speed, agility, work capacity, and the mindset to succeed on and off the playing field.

I’m a level-1 coach through Precision Nutrition, helping you understand food, develop healthy habits, and achieve the fitness and body-composition goals that many struggle with.

I keep things simple.

The work can be hard, and you’ve got to show up every day if you want to “win” in life.

But together, we can tap into the unrealized STRENGTH that you already possess.

We’ve all got abilities and potential lying inside of us.

Sometimes it just takes the help of a trainer/coach/mentor/friend to help us see it – and to hold us accountable to actually DO something with it.

That’s what I do. I help you see what you’re capable of, and give you the direction and motivation to see it take shape.

It’s a holiday week(end).

EVERY DAY is a great day to invest in yourself.

Start your day with water and some form of movement.

Make sure your first meal of the day has plenty of protein.

Be mindful of enjoying your company and activities just as much as – if not more than – the food you’re eating.
