- If you simply want to add weight to your big lifts (squat, bench, deadlift, press) and cut through the clutter of strength training information out there, you can’t go wrong with this foundational text. Everything Jim puts out is pretty straight forward and has the goal of improving your performance. Don’t expect a miraculous transformation: it’ll take hard, consistent work. But this program works when you’re committed.
Nutrition & Supplements

- We don’t get into promoting many supplements, as we fully believe Real Food is where our health begins. No one is perfect, however, and no diet is always complete. So we do supplement with basic multivitamins and omega 3 fish oil. Personally, I use the Men’s Pack from Nutrilite because of it’s simplicity and the quality of product is second to none. We also use the Children’s Multi and Probiotic for our young one, and he rarely misses a day of school and sports.
